The third meeting of Evalrom was hosted by the University Titu Maiorescu, Bucharest, on July the 6th, 2007. This meting was dedicated mainly to discussing the first draft of the Statute of a future national evaluation association. The meeting provided also the opportunity of an overview of the activities during the first year of Evalrom. At the end of the meeting it was agreed who will contribute to the revision of the Statute in accordance with what was discussed. Given the current status of debates, it was agreed by the participants that further meetings will be held until the network will reach the maturity stage of setting-up a formal association.
