Debate occupational standard
Although considered as a practice requiring some special skills added to a profession, in Romania evaluation tends to be perceived as a profession itself. The Romanian community of evaluators has the responsability of connecting this tendency - to a certain extend natural in the context of an emergent evaluation culture exposed to the pressure of a rapid development - to the advanced international practice of evaluation. That is why Evalrom is involved in the facilitation of the debates aiming to increase the profesionalism and the transparency in the process of defining the framework of the evaluation practice in Romania.
